Shipping and Refunds


We use Royal Mail as our preferred shipping partner. We also offer free shipping from time to time which can also be dependent on a minimum order value. This free shipping offer is only valid for Royal Mail and other courier services, if available, will incur shipping charges irrespective of the minimum order offer which is only valid on Royal Mail. International Shipping (outside of the UK) is billed and does not qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Times

Our UK orders are usually shipped and delivered within 5-7 business days, after the order is confirmed, with standard delivery. Based on the carrier and pick-up times, delivery times may vary. Contact us at if you would like to inquire whether expedited delivery is possible.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Policy

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately underwear bottoms cannot be returned unless faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Boxered will offer a refund to customers if we have been informed within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to cancel the order and return the goods. The goods must be returned within 14 days after informing Boxered. Alternately Boxered will accept returns within 28 days of the customer having received the goods. Boxered will refund the purchase at the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of having received the goods.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
